1. Data Administrator
The administrator of the personal data of hotel guests is the company "Łeba Park" S.C. W. Słota, A. Becker, based in Nowęcin at Kolonijna Street 24A, 84-360 Nowęcin.
2. Purposes of processing personal data of hotel guests
The purpose for which the Resort processes personal data is the conclusion and execution of the hotel services agreement. In addition, the purpose of processing personal data by the Resort is:
2.1. pursuing potential claims by the Hotel in connection with damage caused by the guest to the Resort, or defense against the guest's claims towards the Resort,
2.2. documenting the service performance for tax purposes,
2.3. ensuring the highest quality of services for hotel guests.
If the guest has given consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Resort processes data for that purpose, i.e., to send marketing information and offers about its products and services. Furthermore, the Resort processes personal data of guests collected through hotel monitoring to ensure the safety of hotel guests and other persons present on the Resort premises.
3. Legal basis for processing personal data
The legal basis for processing the guest's personal data obtained by the Resort is the hotel services agreement. The legal basis for processing guest data used for marketing purposes is the guest's consent. The Resort informs that this consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
The legal basis for processing the guest's personal data by monitoring is the protection of their vital interests and the vital protection of other natural persons, as well as the legitimate interest of the administrator.
4. To whom may personal data be disclosed?
The Resort discloses data to the following categories of entities:
4.1. companies providing IT support services to the hotel and supplying software,
4.2. accounting companies providing accounting services,
4.3. transport and taxi companies in case of guest ordering transport or courier shipment,
4.4. legal firms (law offices) providing legal advisory and representation services.
5. How long will personal data be processed?
5.1. Personal data:
5.1.1. obtained in connection with the concluded hotel services agreement will be processed for the period of limitation of tax or civil claims of the Resort or guest, depending on which event occurs later,
5.1.2. obtained based on consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the duration of the marketing consent validity,
5.1.3. obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 7 days from the date of recording, and then permanently deleted.
5.2. Guest rights regarding personal data processing:
5.2.1. Every guest has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict processing. Additionally, every guest has the right to object to processing. Access to data is possible at the Resort's headquarters. Moreover, the Resort provides the email address biuro@grandleba.pl through which one can contact regarding personal data,
5.2.2. Filing a complaint regarding personal data processing,
5.2.3. Every guest has the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
